looking up at the night sky, one could essentially have one of two thoughts.
the first being, the universe is so vast, and we are so small and finite, that what we do or strive for in our mere speck of time in the universe is, ultimately, wasted.
the second one, the more powerful one, is that the universe is so vast, that no matter how many times we fall or give up, she is there to give another chance. a grace that no human could comprehend, she allows us time and time again to try and fail or try and succeed. regardless, she is there, extending love to us in our hardest times.
that is the perspective we have to hold on to.
